CMSN Group is developing Sokina AI, an intelligent robotics platform that combines Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Edge Computing, IoT, and Autonomous Robotics to transform facility management and commercial cleaning. Our mission is to create AI-powered robots capable of understanding, navigating, and interacting with real-world environments safely and efficiently.

We're looking for a passionate AI / Machine Learning Engineer to help build next-generation intelligent robotic systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and deploy Machine Learning models for real-world robotics.

• Develop Computer Vision algorithms for object detection, segmentation, pose estimation and scene understanding.

• Train and optimize deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Build AI pipelines for edge devices and embedded hardware.

• Develop perception systems using RGB, depth cameras and LiDAR.

• Work with robotics frameworks including ROS2.

• Implement reinforcement learning and autonomous navigation algorithms.

• Improve robot decision-making using multimodal AI.

• Optimize inference performance using TensorRT, ONNX or OpenVINO.

• Collaborate with robotics, software and cloud engineers.

• Research and implement the latest AI innovations into production.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Data Science or related field.

• 3+ years experience developing AI/ML solutions.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience with:

  • Scikit-Learn

• Experience with Computer Vision techniques:

  • Object Detection

  • Image Segmentation

  • OCR

  • SLAM

  • Tracking

  • Pose Estimation

• Experience working with Linux.
