Renewable Energy PM

MSN Group Pty Ltd is expanding its Renewable Energy division and is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of sustainable energy projects across Australia. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client handover.

You will work closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver high-quality solar, battery storage, EV charging, and energy infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewable energy projects from initiation through completion.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and timelines.

• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with Australian regulations, standards, and safety requirements.

• Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and client updates.

• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality assurance processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and delivery.

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience delivering renewable energy or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of solar PV / Wind Turbines , battery storage, EV charging, and energy systems.

• Experience with project scheduling and cost management tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to Have

• PMP or PRINCE2 Project Management Certification.

• Experience with utility-scale renewable energy projects.

• Knowledge of grid connection processes and energy market regulations.

• Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, and IoT technologies.

• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

• Electrical Engineering background or CEC accreditation.
