We are seeking a motivated Solutions Consultant to work closely with clients, understand their business challenges, and design technology solutions that deliver measurable value.

About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and technical teams. You'll identify business needs, recommend suitable solutions, prepare proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and support successful project delivery. This role requires a combination of business analysis, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives.

• Analyse business requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

• Conduct discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

• Prepare solution proposals, scope documents, and technical presentations.

• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept solutions.

• Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and infrastructure teams to design tailored solutions.

• Assist in preparing project estimates, implementation plans, and timelines.

• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP and tender responses.

• Provide technical guidance during implementation and client onboarding.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Software Consulting.

• Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.

• Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRM, POS, or eCommerce platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience preparing business proposals, technical documentation, and solution architecture diagrams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of AI, automation, IoT, or robotics solutions.

• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based applications.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
