If you are unhappy with the services you receive from CMSNBD during the first 30 days of service received (Only Hosting), you may request a full refund with a valid reason. You must describe a detailed reason as to why you are canceling. If we are unable to solve the problem within a short time, we will fully refund you.
If clients violate the terms and conditions and are suspended a case refund will not be offered, even if asked for cancellation and then agreed to continue using services can’t ask for a second time for a refund. To get the refund amount you may need to wait 7-10 days( SSLCommerz takes this time).

- If a domain is registered already with us then we are unable to refund you. Because we already paid for your domain registration. But you can transfer the domain to any registrar.
- To transfer a domain, if you failed to send us the EPP code then need 7-10 days to refund the money.
- Refunds are only possible if you request get a refund. Without a refund request, we are unable to send you money manually.
- The refund amount will be received through SSLCommerz to Your Bkash/Nagad or other wallets.
