Account Setup and Email details:
We set up clients’ domain hosting accounts after receiving full payment and check the payment balance before the account activation. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up-to-date. We send all hosting cPanel login details to your providing email address. If you provide any false contact information it may result in the termination of your account. You may ask for your username and password at any time after confirming your identity.
Payments and Renew:
When you order our domain and hosting, you are buying a prepaid service. All payments will be paid in advance using Payoneer, Paypal, bKash, mobile banking, and Bank Transfer and available channels in SSLCommerz. Renewal notices will be sent sometimes via email from 1 to 15 days before the renewal date.
If you are unable to renew the service to the last renewed date, your hosting and domain will be suspended and we are not responsible for any data loss. For web hosting plans we will set up your account without any paying. Clients are encouraged to pay by bKash ( Any Mobile Banking) as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time in Bangladesh.
Late Payments:
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated. If you will not pay for service renewal 5 days before the renewal date, your account will be suspended as the end date of payment. If you will not pay for service renewal within 30 days after being suspended, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder.
Transfers:
Our technical team is always ready to help you to transfer your site to us from another hosting. We always try to do the best transfer of all your data from the old host to our host. In fact, Hosting transfer is not our duty, it is just a bonus service. You are able to transfer your domain to the other domain register by paying 150% price of the actual domain rate.
Prohibited contents :
- Hacking related content
- Sexual content/ adult content.
- IRC Scripts/Bots
- Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
- Pirated Software/Warez
- Hacker sites/archives/programs
- Such a Scripts that run cron job less than 30 minutes interval
- Email Marketing Scripts
- Nulled ( Cracked ) WordPress Themes
- Nulled ( Cracked ) WordPress Plugins
If we found the above types of files in your cPanel. Your hosting account will terminate permanently and you will never receive any refund.
Backups and Data Loss:
Our backup service is run on a daily basis, your daily backup is your own responsibility. The CMSN host will be only responsible if you subscribe to a daily backup or 100 GB Package with us. You agree to take full responsibility for your files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on our servers. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason. But we always try to keep your data safe!
Cancellations and Refunds:
CMSN Host reserves the right to cancel, suspend and restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. If you are unhappy with the services you receive from CMSN Host during the first 30 days of service received (Only Hosting), you may request a full refund with a valid reason. You must describe a detailed reason as to why you are canceling. If we are unable to solve the problem within a short time, we will fully refund you. If clients violate the terms and conditions and are suspended a case refund will not be offered, even if asked for cancellation and then agreed to continue using services can’t ask for a second time for a refund. To get the refund amount you may need to wait 7-10 days( SSLCommerz takes this time).
